Hear For You Hearing Aid Center SMS Program

When you opt in to text messaging from Hear For You Hearing Aid Center, you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) related to your care with us, including appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up care messages, hearing aid service and repair updates, and responses to your inquiries. If you have separately consented to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional messages about hearing health information, special offers, and events.

Cancellation

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply “STOP” to any message. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially — through our website form, in person, or by phone — and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Hear For You Hearing Aid Center. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided and are at least 18 years of age.
